Constitution of the BOONE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTER organization
The name of the organization shall be the BOONE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTERS. The purpose of this organization shall be the promotion and encouragement of music; to lend all possible support both morally and financially, to the BOONE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL BAND. (1) The membership of this organization shall be limited to parents and guardians of participating students in the BOONE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL BAND together with the Band Director, the Principal of BOONE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL and the Superintendent of the BOONE COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM. (2) Honorary membership may be bestowed upon approval of membership of the organization. The officers of the organization shall be President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Bursar. (1) Regular monthly meetings shall be held except when there is a school cancellation. Those members present shall constitute a quorum. (2) Special meetings shall be held on the call of the President. ROBERTS RULES of ORDER shall apply to meetings of this organization except as herein provided in the CONSTITUTION and BY-LAWS. | |
